AIR: Accelerating Investment Readiness of Impact Enterprises

To encourage the development of social entrepreneurship knowledge and competences, Finance4SocialChange project will launch soon an  “AIR: Accelerating Investment Readiness” learning program. The program will enable delivery of practical, actionable and relevant knowledge on impact-oriented investing, social enterprise strategy development, social impact measurement, finance, governance, scaling and transfer of business models. This hands-on learning experience will contain online and classroom education materials and workshops in all 12 Finance4SocialChange countries.

The main challenge social enterprises face is limited access to funding sources due to unsustainable business models and lack of management skills. In order to encourage the development of social entrepreneurship, ACT Group, in partnership with 14 organizations from Danube countries, is implementing the EU project Finance4SocialChange, which should contribute to the improvement of financial instruments and investment readiness programs for social enterprises in this region.
