Co-Impact Foundation has become the first Croatian Member of European Venture Philanthropy Association (EVPA) in August 2019.
EVPA is a community of organizations interested in or practicing venture philanthropy and social investment across Europe. EVPA defines venture philanthropy as an approach to building stronger investee organizations with a societal purpose, by providing them with both financial and non-financial support. Currently, EVPA has more than 275 members from over 30 countries in Europe, the United States, the Middle East and Asia.
The membership in EVPA will enable Co-Impact Foundation to share best practices, contribute to advocacy and policy development in the area of venture philanthropy and impact investment, and form partnerships to mobilize and share expertise, networks and funds for enhancement of the impact investment ecosystem in Croatia and other countries in the Central & Eastern Europe region.
